Hicks Barbecue partnered with Countryside Christian Church as an inside job to small and large events alike. From the building of my own pits to the testing and trials of cooking for those that were apart of our men’s and women’s groups along with our annual flannel fest celebration. We have been able to bring satisfying and mouthwatering BBQ to the masses.

Life is short and we believe that among our core beliefs from Faith to Family and Friends, there has to be room for Mouth watering, finger lickin good Barbecue.
